Rusty has a penchant of performing mischievous antics and practical jokes that wreak havoc on the family. It is also revealed that Cindy and his father have broken up. During a crazy prank that Rusty started in "Secret Admirer," he misunderstood D.J.'s words and believed that she was romantically interested in him.
